• This job is a member of the GSE Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
• Responsible for working independently and in a group in order to develop an overall materials supply program for GSE materials that will support the daily operation of both internal and external shops.
• This job also will strategically develop processes to support a Hub and downline distribution process for GSE materials.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains reports for AA GSE in applicable CMMS system.
• Ensures continuing safety, compliance, dependability and reliability in their area of responsibility.
• Develops and maintains various equipment parts programs as required/directed.
• Partners with all equipment manufacturers to be aware of the equipment issues relating to failures and or recalls.
• Develops and maintains policy and procedures as it relates to GSE Operations.
• Ensure all GSE personnel training requirements are met.
• Plan, direct and oversee GSE maintenance operations under span of control.
• Works directly with GSE buyer on purchases for GSE Campaigns and programs
• Coordinates directly with the Director of GSE in developing and administering programs, procedures and budgets concerning all equipment, in designated maintenance and non-maintenance stations
• Leads a team of Supervisors at multiple locations to ensure all performance metrics are met.
• Manages and has oversight of all AA GSE operations at HUB and Spoke stations
• Review and approve applicable invoices to ensure they are correct and complete.
• Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) if applicable
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent experience or training
• 5 years experience in creating standards and specifications parts
• 5 years experience in ensuring new/repaired/overhauled equipment components and parts meet standards
• 5 years experience with equipment vendors, customer service, and station employees
• 5 years experience with analytical cost justification for equipment replacements
• Experience in Fleet Management systems
• Experience in working with raw database data
• 7 years experience in selecting and leading employees

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
• Knowledgeable of provisions of Company policies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Knowledge of Fleet Parts network
• Ability to work independently and capability to handle multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines and priorities
• Ability to build, lead, and direct global work teams to accomplish tasks and goals within deadlines and budget
• Ability to analyze raw data from CMMS systems in order to make business decisions based on data analysis
• Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) if applicable
• Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or a US Customs security badges, if applicable
