DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, OUS Consolidations Lead,locatedin Leeds, United Kingdom.

The Sr. Manager, OUS Consolidations Lead is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the consolidation, reporting, and governance of financial results across the Outside‑of‑the‑United‑States (OUS) regions. This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness ofconsolidatedfinancial results while strengthening financial controls and enabling high‑quality insights for senior leadership. The position offers broad exposure to international finance operations and plays a key role in supporting business transformation and the future standalone DePuy Synthes organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the OUS financial consolidation process, ensuringaccurateandtimelyconsolidation of regional resultsin accordance withcorporate accounting policies and reporting standards.

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities related to OUS consolidations, including review of submissions, variance analysis, and issue resolution.

  • Partner with regional finance teams to provide guidance on consolidation requirements, reporting expectations, and accounting policyapplication

  • Serve as a key point of contact for senior finance leadership on OUS financial performance, risks, and key drivers.

  • Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with governance requirements, and audit readiness across OUS consolidation processes.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance consolidation efficiency, standardization, and use of financial systems and tools.

  • Support business transformation activities, including system changes, organizational transitions, and process harmonization efforts.

  • Develop, mentor, and lead a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability across regions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, ora relatedfield (required).

  • Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Typically8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, consolidation, or financial reporting roles, including leadership responsibility.

  • Strongexpertisein financial consolidations, close processes, and financial reporting for international organizations.

  • Proven ability to lead cross‑regional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

  • Deep understanding of internal controls, governance, and audit requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate insights clearly to senior leaders.

  • Experience driving process improvements and managing change in complex finance environments.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting global or OUS finance organizations within a large, multinational company.

  • Exposure to MedTech, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

  • Hands‑on experience with consolidation and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).

  • Professional finance or accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).

  • Experience supporting large‑scale transformations, separations, or system implementations.

Other:

  • Language: English (fluent). Additional European language skills are a plus.

  • Travel: Up to 15% international travel, as business needs require.

  • Certifications: Professional accounting or finance certification preferred.
