We are looking for a Sr. Manager- Omni Search to join our search team. If you have a passion for retail media and paid search and are able to share ideas and collaborate in a team setting, then this role is perfect for you.
With our agency partners, you will be responsible for the tactical and day-to-day management of our retail search campaigns on platforms across a range of capabilities. Your role will be integral to our mission to develop strong relationships with our customers by delivering search efficiency, sales and insights for our Customer Development, Omnicustomer and Brand Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and align the Omni Search strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders (Brand, IBE, Media, CRM, DTC, and Digital Production)
Manage agency relationships, prioritize agile projects, and oversee campaign execution/optimization
Partner with agency to develop paid search campaigns to support product awareness, brand/category goals, and retailer-specific promotional strategies that deliver on Brand Goals and specific Omni-Commerce Media KPI’s
Drive incremental growth through on-platform investment and oversee the fine-tuning of search media algorithms
Utilize and refine measurement frameworks to evaluate performance and recommend budget optimization across tactics, retailers, and categories
Act as the internal search specialist and thought leader to build organizational competence, support annual budgeting, and provide input into retail partner search platform roadmaps
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 10+ years prior experience in Search (traditional & retail)
Minimum 4+ years eCommerce/Omni Search expertise (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, Target, Criteo, Kroger, Instacart, etc.)
Experience with campaign management platforms (e.g. Skai, Pacvue, Commerce IQ, Stackline, GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Excellent interpersonal, training, communication (verbal/written), and collaboration skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, assertiveness, and self-direction.
Ability to provide thought leadership in search
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/SQL to analyze logs and performance.
Self-motivated learner of new tools/technology
Superior leadership and teamwork
Knowledge of experience with ecommerce/Omni SEO and content optimization
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $140,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
