Our award-winning client is seeking an Sr. Manager of Tax to join their team.Join our growing team as a Sr. Manager of Tax and provide comprehensive tax services to high-net-worth individuals and families. This hybrid remote position in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized tax advice and compliance services.
• Oversee tax return preparation, planning, and research, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
• Coah and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with tax legislation and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance.
• Utilize tax preparation and research software, such as CCH Axcess and BNA Tax Planner, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• CPA or EA certification required.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on individual and trust tax returns.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local income tax laws.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
