In-office leadership and accountability
Diamond Sourcing Strategy & Inventory Management
Lead sourcing initiatives and diamond inventory strategy to ensure TCC maintains its competitive advantage in natural diamonds.
Build out new sourcing guidelines and strategy in alignment with Blue Nile inventory needs
Foster supplier relationships
Provide pricing guidance and market intelligence
Plan inventory according to market trends and client needs
Sales Leadership & Client Experience Oversight
Own the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the TCC client journey by guiding and developing the team responsible for client-facing sales.
Guide Gemologists on consultation and curation strategy
Review and improve sales processes
Develop best practices for client communication
Support high-value or escalated client situations when necessary
Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics
Blue Nile Integration & Training Development
Lead the transfer of TCC’s diamond sales knowledge, processes, and client experience framework into Blue Nile brand.
Develop diamond education curriculum alongside Blue Nile onboarding program
Train Blue Nile sales teams and drive adoption of TCC selling methodologies
Serve as a subject matter expert during integration
Process Development & Operational Scale
As the Blue Nile x TCC relationship evolves, develop and optimize workflows and performance frameworks that support operational efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization.
Optimize cross-functional workflows
Establish performance metrics and KPIs for diamond sales teams
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies
Align operational procedures across teams
