PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Lead Material Department Members to develop and maintain a Robust Supply Chain to meet/exceed customer expectation and support the continuous growth of Molex ; Lead Team to move one-level up;

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.

Lead and support Planning manager and PIC group to provide the accurate production planning/scheduling then confirm to customer and ensure the schedule are executed properly by production. Shorten the lead-time continuously to improve capability of supply chain.

2.

Lead and support Purchasing Manager and Purchasing team to ensure purchasing actives are on the right time, right quantity, good quality to ensure material continuity with optimized cost;

3.

Lead and support CSR Supervisor and CSR team to work with customer and internal team to properly meet/exceed customer’s expectation and support Molex growth;

4.

Engage and support Section lead to selects, develops, coach and evaluates staff members align with PBM to ensure the efficient operation of materials-related functions

5.

Lead and drive for optimized Inventory/DSI and minimized S&E while provide required service to customer;

6.

Lead and drive to set up structured mechanism or Systematic governance process to drive for operation efficiency;

7.

Act as escalation point internally and externally for DG Material Management related; Support team member on problem solving when needed;

8.

Support Material related projects deployment and implementation;

9.

Support any others related project/activities when needed;

10.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management

11.

Ensure compliance with corporate, local policies and regulations, as well as promote PBM culture

SCOPE:

Support Molex DG Plant Demand & Supply Management, meet and exceed customer expectation;

Hold Molex DG Plant Material Management related accountability and Responsibility accordingly under the guidance of Operation Director;

EDUCATION:

REQUIRED:

Bachelor degree of logistic and supply chain or Engineering

PREFERRED:

Master

WORK EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:

10+ years Working experience in Supply Chain Operation

PREFERRED:

Also have experience on Non-Supply Chain area and/or SCM experience on High mix/Low volume Business

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

REQUIRED:

Good knowledge and experience of supply chain Management including Planning, Purchasing and Customer Service Management

Good communication s, Presentation and Negotiation Skills

Team Management and Leadership skill

Problem Analysis & Solving, Risk Management Skill

Fluent English capability

Strong Strategic Planning and Logic Thinking Capability

Hold accountability

MMOG/LE knowledge
