AsSr.ManagerQualityEngineerfor Power Modules(m/f/d), you willbuild andmanage a team of product quality engineers that supportsthelifecycle for all quality aspectsof Power Module products equipped with SiC,GaNand IGBT You willplay a crucial rolein driving and designing the quality management strategies, including the qualification approach and execution,for next-generationpower module products onSiCandGaNtechnologies forindustrial and automotive applications, collaborating withR&D andcross-functional teams across the entire product development lifecycle (development, manufacturing, quality, test, and applications).The ideal candidate isexpected to step into the game and displayhis/herexcellent quality mindset to help drive our innovations beyond industry standards. We are looking for ahighly motivatedleaderwithelectronicsengineering experiencein thequalityof Power Modules, for atalented and ambitious individual who is eager to grow into the organization in a fast-paced environment in which performance is never taken for granted.

This is a unique position, absolutely key for the Business Group Quality Wide Bandgap, IGBT and Modules You will help in driving the strategy for the power module business representing the Quality authority. You will provide judgment on the materials, the design choices, the approach to manage the quality will make the difference to a successful customer's relation.
Good to know:
The candidate will have to travel EU, <15% of time. Catania a possible location, in this case a travel time of <30% should be considered.
