SENIOR MARKETING ACTIVATION MANAGER (M/F/D)

Senior Marketing Activation Manager to lead local brand activation and commercial marketing initiatives across the DACH region.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive local brand activations and campaigns across DACH
  • Bring global strategies to life in retail and digital channels
  • Lead and develop the local Marketing Activation team
  • Launch new products together with Sales and international teams
  • Create engaging shopper and in-store experiences
  • Build strong partnerships with retail customers
  • Manage local media, influencer and activation initiatives
  • Turn market and consumer insights into growth opportunities
  • Own local marketing budgets and performance tracking
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand execution

YOUR PROFILE

  • BA or MA degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Management or a related field
  • Several years of experience in FMCG marketing, trade marketing, brand activation or commercial marketing
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working closely with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong understanding of retail, shopper marketing and omnichannel activation
  • Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
