About the role

• Handling compliances pertaining to Goods and Service Tax Act, VAT etc.
• Ability to manage GST compliances of multiple states (preparation of monthly working, GST payment, monthly filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, yearly filing of GSTR-9 & 9C, reconciliation of GST input with GSTR-2A/2B, reconciliation of input and output GST etc.)
• Assessment and Litigations - Handling Sales Tax, VAT & GST Audit, reply of VAT & GST notices and handling cases and dealing with Tax Authorities
• Liasoning with external consultants while handling litigations under VAT & GST laws
• Monitoring of other business compliances like Trade, Shop & Establishment License, LWF etc.
• Coordinate with Tax Authorities, External consultants / Auditor, Internal Auditor, Vendors / Recyclers / Other stakeholders

What we need from you

Preferred candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant with 10 to 15 years of experience in Direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliances, audit management and MIS reporting.
• Candidates from Manufacturing & commodity trading will be preferred.
