To ensure that Sales Order Processing, Shipping, Receiving, Warehousing, cycle counting, water spiders, WIP material and Dock operations are in place to enable operational and production continuity. Develop and implement strategies to organize the logistics and operations to optimize company efforts to achieve operational alignment and synchronization across all business functions.

Essential Functions
• Manages the work activities of department personnel to achieve stated goals.
• Maintains qualified staff by recruiting, selecting and training employees.
• Maintains job results through counseling and disciplining employees.
• Reviews workloads and adjust work teams and schedules as required.
• Analyze reports to determine cause of problems and make appropriate corrections.
• Develops and controls departmental budget.
• Maintains a safe working environment.
• Comply with JSOX and Auditable documentations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to continuous improvement
• Work with the trucking companies and 3rd party companies to keep the best deliveries to customers

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Expert knowledge of warehousing and logistics.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills required.
• Supervisory skills required

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree desired.
• Previous inventory management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning or similar activities.
• Ability to work self-directed.
• Lean training or experience is preferred.
