We are looking for a talented Manager, Information Technology (IT) to join our experienced IT team. This position will lead a group of Business Systems Analysts and will focus on delivering exceptional IT capabilities to support the current and future needs of the Customer Operations and Service organizations. The incumbent will work directly with business leaders and users, manage and support Oracle E-Business Suite modules and integrations with other enterprise applications. This role needs to have a broad range of technical and functional knowledge, with a good blend of problem solving and communication skills; ability to align regional requirements with global templates and deliver solution architectures across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Business Systems

  • Develops and manages to budgets, schedules and performance standards, tracking accountability of team to objectives
  • Works collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources across multiple stakeholders, project priorities, and organizational initiatives
  • Manages relationships with software vendors and influences their product roadmap
  • Implement IT solutions to support functional initiatives and provide on-going systems support
  • Responsible for Order Management, Pricing, Asset Tracking, and Service solution architecture
  • Manage internal and external application support escalation processes
  • Responsible for Level 3 support on assigned enterprise systems
  • Identifies and develops performance metrics that support team goals and ensures client satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Leadership & People Management

  • Manages a group of Business Systems Analysts, including hiring, work plan development, performance management, and people development
  • Perform general management responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, performance reviews, individual development activities, etc.
  • Monitor team performance against department standards, and ensure that these standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Assisting in disciplinary decisions and action
  • Act as escalation point for issues and provides leadership and guidance to team
  • Provide necessary work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization and project management
  • Providing adequate documentation and training to warehouse personnel
  • Interpreting company policies to employees and enforcing safety regulations

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience working in Oracle ERP and designing global solutions
  • 5+ years of hands on experience in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Installed Base, and Service Contracts modules
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience and managing IT projects
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Agile & Waterfall software development processes
  • Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality
  • Proven written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
  • Up to 10% travel may be required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Field Service experience is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Experience supporting a global client base
  • Creation and implementation of new standards and procedures

Knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL tools

Compensation Range:

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $135,718-$199,053 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
