Join Caterpillar IT’s Modern Manufacturing Digital Platform team to lead a group delivering scalable digital capabilities that support the Modern Manufacturing Transformation. This technology portfolio includes advanced generative AI solutions such as digital twins, digital assistants, and other innovative capabilities. In this role, you will help shape cutting-edge solutions that redefine how manufacturing and supply chain operations engage with technology through AI-driven experiences.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex business and technology initiatives.

  • Proven experience managing programs across multiple business units and technology teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead intake, planning, execution, and deployment activities at enterprise scale. Excellent communication, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of Agile, product delivery, and enterprise governance practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Pay Range:

$172,630.00 - $258,950.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
