Position Summary
The Senior Manager, HR Shared Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across a broad portfolio of Human Resources functions, ensuring the organization delivers consistent, efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR services.
The Senior Manager provides leadership and direction to a diverse team spanning Labor Relations, Talent & Organizational Development, Benefits, HR Operations, Legal Support, and HRIS, creating alignment across functions while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight for the HR Shared Services organization, including Labor Relations, Talent & Organizational Development, Benefits, HR Operations, Legal Support, and HRIS.
- Establish clear priorities, operating rhythms, service expectations, and accountability across the Shared Services team.
- Build strong partnerships across HR and the broader organization to ensure HR services are integrated, responsive, and aligned with business needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize HR processes while improving the employee and leader experience.
- Lead the development and implementation of scalable HR processes, policies, programs, and infrastructure to support organizational growth.
- Ensure HR practices and processes are administered consistently and in alignment with applicable employment laws, regulations, company policies, contracts, and collective bargaining requirements.
- Partner with Legal and Labor Relations leadership to identify and mitigate employee relations, compliance, labor, and organizational risk.
- Oversee HRIS strategy and data integrity, ensuring systems effectively support HR programs, reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.
- Partner with HRIS and HR Operations to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, workflow automation, and system utilization.
- Provide oversight of benefits administration and employee support, ensuring programs are effectively communicated, compliant, competitive, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Support Talent & Organizational Development strategy, including leadership development, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and talent programs.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and proactively address organizational opportunities and risks.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects and enterprise initiatives, including system implementations, organizational changes, acquisitions, integrations, policy changes, and process transformations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and serve as a trusted HR advisor on complex, cross-functional matters.
- Coach, develop, and hold direct reports accountable for performance, collaboration, execution, and service delivery.
- Create a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, accountability, and customer service within the HR Shared Services team.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, controls, processes, and governance are in place across HR Shared Services.
- Identify emerging HR trends, technology opportunities, and industry practices that can improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Support broader HR strategy and organizational priorities as a member of the HR leadership team.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading multiple HR disciplines or a broad HR operations/shared services portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing managers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, talent development, and employment compliance.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional HR initiatives and organizational change.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, data management, reporting, and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical HR strategies and scalable solutions.

Salary Range / Hourly Rate
$125,000 - $135,000
