It is a senior internal expert role, served an expert point of contact, through which regulatory and policy issues can be channelled and thus will require deportment and thought, working across the corporate business units to shape policy initiatives.
To manage and coordinate relations with key external decision makers and influencers who shape and drive regulatory developments and the operating environment of our industry.
Collaborate closely with relevant teams and stakeholders to develop research reports, policy papers, consultation responses, and coordinating and writing briefs for senior representatives ahead of key government and industry meetings. Build a strong network of external stakeholders, such as policymakers and key influencers, including industry groups, chambers, academia and think tanks. Present research findings and reports at public forums, industry panels and government discussions Maintain a high level of working knowledge of ESG, health, digital and other topics, policies, regulations, research and best practices. Identify, assess, and communicate the rapidly evolving policy developments and trends that impact the company’s strategic objectives Handle and monitor projects through research and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
