About the Role

About you:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years relevant sourcing, planning, inventory management,and/or supply planning experience
Strong experience architecting, optimizing, and executingendtoendsupply strategies,with ademonstrated ability to translatebusinessgoals into actionable supply network strategies, aligncrossfunctionalsenior stakeholders, and operationalize plans
Demonstrated ability tooperateautonomously, set clear priorities, and drive structured outcomes in evolving environments
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to long-term organizational direction
Strong problem-solving andcritical thinking capability, witha track recordof applyingadvancedproblem-solvingapproaches to drive high-impact outcomes
Proven cross-functionaland globalleadership with the ability to influence without direct authorityacross multiple levels of the organization.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
