Church & Dwightisseekinga Sr. Manager of Global Stock Plans, to join our team. This role is responsible for a Sr. Manager, Global Stock Plans. The Sr. Manager of Global Stock Plans leads the administration, compliance, and operational execution of the company’s worldwide equity compensation programs.

About the Role

This role manages day‑to‑day equity transactions, ensures data accuracy across systems, and partners with regional HR, HRIS, payroll, legal, finance and vendor teams to deliver a consistent and compliant global participant experience. You will operate as a trusted subject matter expert, driving results through collaboration, sound judgment, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, cross‑border awareness, and the ability to translate complex equity concepts into clear guidance for employees around the world.

Work Environment

This role is open to both hybrid and remote candidates, with a preference for a hybrid work arrangement.The final work location arrangement will be determined during the interview process based on candidate location and business requirements.

Hybrid:If designated as hybrid, the role will be based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.

Remote:If designated as remote, the role will be performed on a remote basis, with occasional in -person attendance required as business needs dictate.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Equity Plan Administration

  • Own end to end administration of global equity programs including stock options, RSUs, PSUs across multiple countries.

  • Process grants, exercises, releases and cancellations with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain equity data in the company’s equity administration platform (e.g., UBS) and reconcile regularly with HRIS, payroll, and finance systems (including exercises, vesting's, settlements and file validations)

Global Compliance & Governance

  • Partner with global payroll teams to ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting for equity transactions.

  • Support compliance with international tax, securities, and labor regulations related to equity compensation.

  • Work with Finance on monthly/quarterly close activities, including share‑based compensation expense, forecasting, and audit support.

  • May assist with insider trading compliance, blackout lists, and Section 16 support (if applicable).

Employee Support & Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees worldwide, answering questions about vesting, taxation, mobility, and plan rules.

  • Prepare and distribute grant notices, vesting schedules and educational materials tailored to global audiences.

  • Support equity onboarding for new hires and training sessions for managers and HR partners.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate and review equity reports for Finance, HR, and leadership.

  • Assist with share pool tracking, dilution analysis, and preparation of materials for Compensation Committee meetings and annual proxy filing.

  • May provide support for global mobility reporting and equity‑related tax filings.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and enhance the global participant experience.

  • Contribute to system upgrades, vendor evaluations, and process documentation.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR or related field.

  • 5+ years of direct experience administering equity compensation programs, including international components.

  • Strong understanding of stock options, RSU and PSU programs including global equity taxation, securities rules, and mobility considerations.

  • Experience with at least one major equity administration platform, experience with UBS is preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to employees across cultures and time zones.

  • CECP or CEP Level I or II preferred (or equivalent equity experience).

Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,200-$185,400. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and vacation days starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
