Job Description

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience.
• 5+ years leading complex U.S. health and welfare programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading annual Open Enrollment programs.
• Strong understanding of:
o Medical, dental and vision plans
o Leave administration
o ACA requirements
o ERISA administration
o Retirement plans and fiduciary governance
• Experience working with:
o Workday Benefits
o Benefits vendors and brokers
o Payroll and HRIS integrations
• Experience managing competing priorities and large-scale operational initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Multi-country EMEA benefits experience (up to 8 countries).
• Experience supporting fast paced global benefits functions building solid foundations from which to scale an organization in transformation.
• Experience with:
o Global vendor governance
o Wellbeing strategy
o Pension programs
o Benefits procurement activities
o Shared services or outsourcing evaluations
o Process transformation and operating model redesign

Success Measures
Within the engagement, the successful candidate will:
• Deliver a successful annual U.S. Open Enrollment cycle.
• Maintain continuity of U.S. and EMEA benefits operations.
• Ensure timely completion of key compliance activities.
• Provide effective leadership and operational support to existing team members.
• Improve SOP maturity and cross-training documentation.
• Reduce operational risk and key-person dependency.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve the scalability and effectiveness of the Global Benefits function.
Key Responsibilities
U.S. Benefits Leadership & Operations
• Lead execution of annual U.S. Open Enrollment, including:
o Vendor coordination
o Workday benefits administration and testing
o Employee communications and change management
o Payroll and systems integration governance
o Cross-functional stakeholder management
• Provide oversight for:
o Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave, wellbeing and voluntary benefit programs
o Broker and carrier relationships
o Service delivery and vendor performance
• Support annual health and welfare renewals, plan design reviews/discovery, employee communications, procurement activities, and implementation efforts.

Compliance, Governance & Retirement Programs
• Coordinate and oversee:
o ACA reporting and compliance activities
o ERISA-related plan administration
o Retirement plan governance
o 401(k) audit activities
o Nondiscrimination testing
o Form 5500 activities and related compliance requirements
o Required employee notices and communications
• Identify and escalate compliance risks and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

EMEA Benefits Operations
• Partner with regional stakeholders to support benefits programs across Europe.
• Lead benefits administration and business continuity activities during periods of resource transition.
• Manage renewals, vendor governance, leave administration, procurement coordination and invoicing support across assigned countries.
• Assist in developing consistent global frameworks while ensuring local compliance and market competitiveness.

Team Leadership & Operational Oversight
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and prioritization support for benefits analysts and operational resources.
• Support workload management, quality assurance and escalation management.
• Serve as a key thought partner to the Senior Director, Global Benefits.
• Develop documentation, training materials and knowledge-transfer resources to reduce key-person dependency and strengthen team capabilities.

Strategy, Transformation & Continuous Improvement
• Identify and develop process improvement initiatives across global benefits operations.
• Review and enhance SOPs, controls and governance practices.
• Assist in recommending opportunities for automation, shared services, outsourcing and operational scale.
• Support benefits philosophy, market benchmarking and long-term program strategy discussions.
• Contribute to future-state operating model development and organizational design recommendations.

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced global benefits leader to serve as Interim Senior Manager, Global Benefits Strategy & Operations during a period of critical business continuity and organizational evolution.
This role will provide operational leadership and hands on support across U.S. and EMEA benefits, Americas retirement, and EMEA pension programs while partnering closely with the Senior Director, Global Benefits. The position will ensure successful execution of a complex U.S. benefits strategy and Open Enrollment cycle, maintain continuity of European operations, oversee vendor governance and compliance activities, and drive ongoing process improvements that strengthen the scalability of the Global Benefits function.
The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in U.S. health and welfare benefits, retirement and compliance programs, strong operational leadership capabilities, and prior experience supporting benefits administration across multiple international markets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
