  • Own worldwide consolidation of the Global Service P&L across divisions and regions, establishing consistent methodologies for revenue, cost to serve, departmental spend, system profitability and financial reporting.
  • Lead the monthly business review and executive reporting cycle, synthesizing financial and operational performance into clear commentary, variance explanations and actionable insights for senior leadership.

  • Own forward-looking financial management processes, including risk and opportunity tracking, worldwide headcount planning and analysis of leading indicators that may impact the financial outlook.
  • Serve as a key finance liaison across the organization, partnering with Corporate FP&A, divisional finance teams, HR and Master Data Management to ensure consistent reporting structures, account mapping and a reliable single view of Service performance. Lead financial integration activities for acquisitions impacting Global Service, including reporting alignment, account mapping and run-rate analysis.
  • Raise the quality and effectiveness of the Global Service Finance organization by establishing analytical standards, reviewing executive-level deliverables, mentoring and developing analysts, and coaching the team on financial analysis, storytelling and business partnership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation across forecasting, reporting and analytics, identifying opportunities to improve cycle time, forecast accuracy, scalability and decision support.
  • Act as a finance leader and trusted business partner, driving accountability through clear communication, constructive challenge, follow-through and ownership of issues from identification through resolution.
