As a Director, Resourcing, you will be at the forefront of this mission, driving innovative and impactful strategies internally, that align with this events-driven vision for the future.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Sr. Manager, Resourcing is a cornerstone of Opus Agency’s Centralized Resourcing Team (CRT), responsible for building highly effective, scalable teams that are right sized for our global clients and events. This role requires deep collaboration with CRT peers and leadership, Event Management Leaders, Accounts & Sales, and other roles across the agency to ensure staffing decisions effectively balance individual career success, the financial health of the agency, and client priorities.
Beyond day-to-day staffing, you play a vital role in the evolution of our department, CRT, by consistently evaluating and improving upon our collective systems and strategies. You will drive operational excellence and innovative practices that allow our team to remain agile and forward-thinking.
The ideal candidate excels at maintaining detailed documentation while concisely summarizing business requirements for leadership. You must be able to resolve staffing challenges under time pressure, manage team expectations, and make sound, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

HOW WE’LL TAKE CARE OF YOUOur job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $90,000 and $105,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
