
Join Clario as Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems (f/m/d) and lead a team responsible for the strategy, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of critical enterprise applications. What you'll be doing
Act as a JD Edwards hands-on leader: Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for enterprise business systems and applications.
Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to identify business needs and deliver scalable technology solutions.
Manage the enterprise applications roadmap, ensuring systems remain current, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to plan and deliver system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and deployments.
Support budget planning, vendor management, contract negotiations, and software licensing compliance.
Oversee application governance, change management, and system documentation processes.
Provide hands-on application administration and support when needed, including troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating urgent resolutions.
Manage multiple projects and priorities across a global, geographically dispersed environment while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership.
Drive end-user adoption through training, support, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to simplify the application landscape by eliminating duplicate systems and improving overall efficiency.
Act as a key subject matter expert for enterprise applications, including JD Edwards, ensuring ongoing system performance, optimization, and business value.
What we look for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with responsibility for enterprise applications and business systems.
Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide applications in a complex business environment.
Strong experience with JD Edwards ERP and related business processes.
Strong technical aptitude across SaaS and enterprise applications.
Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and application governance.
Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated curiosity for emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
Experience supporting global organizations and geographically distributed teams is preferred.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
