The Sr. Manager - Enterprise Cloud Infrastructure Services will lead the IT department in planning, implementing, and managing systems and infrastructure to support organizational objectives, developing policies to ensure industry compliance. This role involves collaborating with executive leadership to identify technology solutions, managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing projects, and evaluating new technologies for efficiency and security. The director will establish vendor relationships, ensure cybersecurity measures, manage the IT budget, and report on performance metrics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Lead the IT department in the planning, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure to support organizational objectives.
Develop and oversee IT policies and procedures to ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology solutions that enhance business operations and drive innovation.
Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Oversee the development and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve organizational efficiency, security, and scalability.
Establish and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners to optimize service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect the organization’s data and IT infrastructure.
Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic goals.
Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Other Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
3-5 years’ experience working in a Tier 2 or 3 IT support environment
Ability to travel 20%
2+ ears of management experience required
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
