ROLE SUMMARY

As a ​​Sr. Manager, Digital Product Manager​ for AI, Data Analytics & Reporting Product Area, you will lead the strategy, development, and adoption of data and digital platforms that enable GCS operations. By advancing analytics capabilities, system integration, and data connectivity across the GCS ecosystem, you will improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and accelerate the delivery of supply to sites.

You will be responsible for working with the product area lead, business stakeholders, and development teams to evaluate key business problems, impacts from feature releases and experimentation results to continuously advance and evolve user experiences. 

Working in close partnership with the user community and other stakeholders across the Digital organizations, you will analyze and interpret business needs and translate them into powerful, functional, beautiful, and well-integrated software products that generate novel scientific insights, enhance productivity, and drive a superior user experience. 

Through your compelling vision and inspirational leadership, you will lead a matrixed, cross-functional product team consisting of software, data and infrastructure engineers, designers, and user supporters who are responsible for delivering on your product roadmap. 

You will demonstrate excellence in product management by combining clinical supply expertise with technology to deliver innovative digital solutions. You will define and manage product roadmaps and backlogs, while measuring value and business impact through meaningful KPIs, ROI assessments, and outcome-driven metrics.

You will deliver consistent, stable product operations, and meet all security, stability, usability, performance, and sustainability requirements. You will energetically evangelize and promote your products, give demos, and prove the impact of your solutions on Pfizer and our patients. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI, Data Analytics & Reporting Product Area.
• Within the Product Model, serve as the primary liaison between GCS and Digital stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational challenges into product opportunities. 
• Define and maintain the product release calendar, driving alignment across business and delivery teams through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GCS digital products, from ideation and design to delivery and continuous improvement. 
• Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure product success, user adoption, and business impact. 
• Lead product meetings and stakeholder engagements, facilitating discussions, aligning priorities, and driving informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Define, own, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer needs, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives to maximize product value delivery.
• Promote user-centered design and seamless integration across the clinical supply ecosystem. 
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field) and 7+ years of relevant experience in data, analytics, engineering, digital delivery, or product management.
• 5+ years of hands-on product management or product ownership experience for digital, data, or AI products.
• Strong product management and business analysis skills, with the ability to analyze customer journeys, user behavior, product performance, and digital analytics to drive informed decisions.
• Hands-on experience working in agile teams, processes, and practices.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand underlying business problem, perform full cycle analysis and propose recommendations and solutions
• Experience translating business requirements into structured backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicating in both directions between business and technical audiences.
• Experience in data science, machine learning and AI 
• Ability to conduct independent problem solving and data exploration analysis
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
• Working fluency with modern AI tools, sufficient to independently build POCs, mockups, or preliminary wireframes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, logistics or another business-related discipline 
• Experience managing delivery through external vendor or contractor teams.
• Agile and Scrum certification
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and deliver results across cross-functional teams
• Experience with generative and agentic AI solutions and platforms.
• Experience with computer systems validation and delivering solutions to GxP requirements
