Title: Sr Manager - Digital Media
Reports To: Chief Digital Officer
Location: This role will be hybrid, based in our New York Office

About Todd Snyder

Known for its sophisticated take on redefining how to dress the modern gentleman, Todd Snyder collections draws from Savile Row tailoring, vintage military apparel and classic American workwear, making timeless pieces relevant for the well-dressed man. Based in New York, the brand meticulously sources elegant materials from around the world, creating designs that are both smart and refined.

Get to Know the Role:

We are seeking a high-impact, data-obsessed Sr. Manager of Digital Media to architect and scale our growth engine. This is a "full-stack" performance role designed for a marketer who can pivot seamlessly between high-level incrementality math and the nuance of creative storytelling. You will lead our paid media strategy across the entire funnel, ensuring that every dollar spent is an investment in profitable, long-term customer relationships. In addition to managing our core channels, you will be the strategic bridge between our data, our creative team, and our financial targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Omnichannel Strategy & Execution: Oversee and optimize a multi-million dollar budget across Google Shopping, Paid Social (Meta/TikTok), Affiliate, CTV, and Retargeting.
  • Agency & Partnership Management: Lead our paid media strategy and collaborate with external agencies to ensure flawless execution, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Creative Strategy & Feedback Loop: Act as the primary bridge between data and design. You will translate raw performance metrics into actionable creative briefs for paid channels, identifying which "hooks" and visual styles lower CAC and drive engagement.
  • Feed Management & Catalog Health: Own the technical health of our product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog). Optimize product titles, categorization, and custom labels to improve visibility and ensure we aren't wasting spend on out-of-stock sizes or low-margin SKUs.
  • Incrementality & Testing: Oversee and execute a rigorous incrementality testing plan (Geo-testing, lift studies) to identify true acquisition growth opportunities and eliminate inefficient spend.
  • Analytics & Insight: Use GA4 and Looker to identify trends, track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV), and inform fast, decentralized decision-making.
  • Conversion Optimization: Partner with the E-commerce team on UX testing, PDP improvements, and bundling strategies to improve on-site conversion rates for paid traffic.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • User Acquisition: Net new customer growth.
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost): Efficient scaling within target boundaries.
  • ROAS / MER: Achieving blended and channel-specific return targets.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years in DTC growth or performance marketing, ideally within a fashion/apparel e-commerce environment.
  • Core Stack: Expertise in GA4, attribution tools, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Magento).
  • AI-Native: Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copy.ai, Motion, etc) to increase workflow leverage and creative output.
  • Analytical Rigor: A test-driven mindset with the ability to manage complex data sets and translate them into simple, actionable strategies.
  • Creative Instincts: Ability to move between brand storytelling and cold, hard conversion optimization. You know what a good ad looks like and why it works.
  • Tech Literacy: Experience with CRM/Email platforms (Klaviyo) and feed management tools (Feedonomics) to ensure a healthy full-funnel ecosystem.

Perks: Why You’ll Love it Here

  • Generous employee discount
  • Summer Fridays
  • Casual dress code
  • Hybrid schedule
  • FOMO events (Exciting company-wide events)
