Job Description

This role leads digital analytics strategy and execution across a global eCommerce environment. The Sr. Manager, Digital Insights is responsible for building and maintaining the digital analytics portfolio, delivering actionable insights, and guiding data-driven decisions that impact site performance, customer experience, and digital investment. This person partners cross-functionally with data, marketing, planning, and product teams while leading a global analytics team.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals into a clear, actionable digital analytics roadmap
  • Deliver regular insights and performance updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a global analytics team supporting multiple regions
  • Generate and present customer, product, and performance insights using analytics tools
  • Provide recommendations to improve digital performance across channels and regions
  • Define measurement frameworks and KPIs for new digital initiatives
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Measure impact of digital initiatives, site changes, and customer experience improvements
  • Own recurring reporting (weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual performance reviews)
  • Analyze product performance including inventory, pricing, and assortment opportunities
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis on campaigns, site performance, and outages
  • Partner with data teams to enhance analytics platforms and capabilities
  • Lead personalization strategy and optimization efforts based on data insights
  • Act as subject matter expert for analytics and personalization across teams
  • Partner with planning teams on forecasting and performance measurement tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Power BI
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with web analytics tools and testing methodologies
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database systems
  • Experience in data-driven environments where analytics informs business strategy
