Job Description

Sr. Manager, Delivery Assurance

Locations eligible:

  • Westerville, OH (fully on-site)
  • Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
  • San Antonio, TX
  • Austin, TX

The Sr. Manager, Delivery Assurance is the top-level orchestrator of complex, multi-region hyperscale and colocation customer programs — ensuring all business units (Power, IS, Thermal, etc.) and execution sites operate in sync to deliver on time, at committed quantities, and within scope. This role engages upstream of PO receipt to align factory capacity and BU readiness with high-confidence opportunities in the sales pipeline, and leads the program‑of‑programs, converting strategy into integrated execution through disciplined governance, proactive risk management, and executive‑level communication. Your mission: deliver every unit to schedule and quality, while providing transparent visibility back to the Large Program Execution leadership team and Product Manager teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of project managers to lead planning and delivery of critical path schedule for the program. Ensure team escalates all risks early, with clarity, and are resolved with accountability.
  • Define and drive the single integrated plan to ensure all business units and factories are executing seamlessly, with consideration of all dependencies, in order to deliver per customer expectations.
  • Serve as the critical link between engineering release, material readiness, and factory capacity and the single escalation point for inter-factory and cross-BU dependencies.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to review CPQ quotes for high-confidence opportunities expected to close, validating configuration accuracy, lead time feasibility, and factory capacity reservation ahead of PO receipt. Drive early alignment on critical path milestones, BU readiness, and any pre-PO risks that could impact downstream delivery commitments.
  • Lead weekly cross functional program control tower reviews to drive early risk identification, escalation, and recovery plan assessment.
  • Lead weekly stakeholder reviews with executive leadership clearly articulating delivery status, key risks and constraints, and mitigation and recovery actions.
  • Track and Lead planning progress across full lifecycle: CPQ / Pre-PO Alignment -> Order Receipt -> Engineering Design -> BOM Completion and ERP Readiness -> Materials and Production Planning -> Shipment and Delivery. Develop risk mitigation and recovery plans across factories and functions as needed for any risks to customer request dates (CRDs).
  • Drive VOS and Continuous Improvement across large program execution. Capture lessons learned for reapplication across programs.
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and executive presence across customer, factory, and senior leadership audiences — tailoring tone, depth, and content to each stakeholder while maintaining a single source of truth on program status.
  • Operate as a strategic partner to Sales, Product Management, and BU leadership — translating customer growth trajectories and pipeline signals into multi-quarter execution strategy, capacity positioning, and program-level investment recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in demand planning, operations, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment or equivalent proven experience in project management.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and data analytics using Power BI or equivalent tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Demonstrated experience leading successful project teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in complex, multi-site manufacturing or global supply chains.
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification or hands-on process improvement experience.
  • Strong understanding of SIOP / IBP processes and forecasting methodologies.
  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Direct experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data center customer programs, with familiarity in critical power and thermal infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, busway, CDU, CRAH/CRAC).
  • Working knowledge of CPQ tools and quote-to-order processes, including configuration validation and capacity-to-pipeline alignment.
