As part of the Digital Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for Chanel’s client and retail experiences in Korea. This team is responsible for modernizing how we use data to elevate the luxury client journey, ensuring our approach remains both digitally advanced and true to our brand’s values.
Job Purpose
The Sr. Manager, Data Management & Enablement, Korea is responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of data enablement and activation across the Korean market. This role delivers holistic governance for all data including Client Data, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and accessibility. You will oversee end-to-end management and delivery of data programs, collaborating closely with the regional Digital Solutions team to maintain alignment and consistency.
By enabling robust data activation and actionable insights, you will address the evolving needs of Korea’s business divisions—empowering teams to make informed, data-driven decisions and drive targeted client engagement. Through strong leadership, you will foster operational excellence, continuous improvement, and measurable impact, supporting both business growth and the advancement of Chanel’s digital transformation in Korea.
Korean Language proficiency is essential, as the role requires effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
