We are seeking an experienced Manager of Contract Management to support complex commercial transactions in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership, leading the review, negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of a broad range of customer, supplier, and strategic business agreements.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in commercial contracting, risk mitigation, deal structuring, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment, with the ability to balance legal and commercial priorities to accelerate business while protecting the company’s interests.

Ideal Candidate Profile: This person is not just a “contracts processor.” The successful candidate should be a commercially savvy semiconductor operator who understands how contracts impact revenue, customer relationships, risk and operational execution.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons The base salary range for this position in California is $120,000 - $200,000.
