Senior Manager, Communications

Serve as a strategic advisor to the Business Unit (BU), partnering closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales and other cross-functional teams to support business priorities and drive impact.

This role is responsible for helping strengthen stakeholder engagement, enhance brand and therapy awareness, and contribute to business growth through strategic communications.

Key job descriptions:

- Translate business priorities into communication strategies and actionable plans. Lead and execute integrated communication programs to maximize business impact.

‐ Develop compelling narratives, messaging frameworks and content that support key business initiatives, including product launches, brand campaigns, disease awareness initiatives and other strategic projects.

‐ Ensure communication activities are aligned with overall business and brand strategies.

‐ Identify communication opportunities and risks, providing strategic counsel to support business objectives. Leverage media, digital, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement opportunities to amplify business priorities.

‐ Track communication outcomes and continuously optimize approaches to enhance effectiveness and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related fields.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing communications or related functions.

• Pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industry experience is highly preferred.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect communication strategies to business objectives.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling and communication planning capabilities.

• Fluent in both Chinese and English.

‐ 跟踪传播效果及业务相关成果,持续优化传播策略和项目执行,提升传播价值与业务贡献。

任职要求

本科及以上学历,传播学、公共关系、新闻学、市场营销或相关专业。

10年以上传播、公关、市场传播或相关领域工作经验。

具备制药、医疗健康或生命科学行业经验者优先。

具备优秀的商业敏锐度和业务理解能力,能够将传播策略与业务目标有效结合。

具备出色的战略思维、内容策划及传播规划能力。

具备优秀的利益相关方管理及跨部门协作能力。
