Job Description

As Senior Manager, Commercial Operations Excellence, you'll lead business-critical programs across APAC and Asia, spanning transformation, change management, productivity and business growth. You'll turn bold ideas into clear, actionable plans with real milestones and owners, then see them through. This role sits at the heart of how SEEK plans, executes and improves its commercial priorities across every market we operate in.

You will define what success looks like for each program and build the frameworks, hypotheses and roadmaps to get there. You will own project tracking end to end, spotting risks early and working fast to mitigate them before they derail delivery. You will partner closely with analysts to build the datasets, reports and insights that inform decisions on prioritisation, forecasting and performance.

You will prepare materials for steering committees and senior leadership forums, and lead stakeholder engagement across functions and markets. You will also design targeted experiments and pilots to test assumptions before scaling, turning results into playbooks other teams can reuse. Success in this role means country leaders trust you to translate regional strategy into local action, and senior stakeholders rely on your insight to make confident decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define success metrics and build frameworks that turn strategy into action.
  • Own project tracking, flag risks early and drive mitigation plans.
  • Partner with analysts to build datasets and reports that inform decisions.
  • Prepare steering committee materials and present to senior leadership.
  • Design experiments and pilots to validate ideas before scaling.
  • Support country leaders to localise regional strategy with the right nuance.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in strategy, growth, commercial operations or management consulting.
  • Track record designing and executing initiatives that measurably improved revenue or efficiency.
  • Experience building business cases and prioritisation models from incomplete or imperfect data.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative modelling skills across detailed and big-picture strategy.
  • Experience with formal program governance, including steering committees and risk management.
  • Stakeholder management experience across Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.

Additional Information

At SEEK we offer:

  • Support of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role.
  • SEEK is committed to operating sustainably, certified carbon neutral for its business operations (through Climate Active), purchasing renewable energy for our office and working-from-home emissions and a target for net zero by 2030.
  • The opportunity to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per financial year
  • SEEKer Support, a confidential service that offers employees up to six sessions with a mental health professional of your choice

At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people. We are a purpose driven business that works with heart.

We know teams with diverse ideas, experiences and perspectives are more creative and are critical to ensuring effective delivery and innovating to enable our future success. As such, we welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds and life experiences, especially as they relate to gender, sexual identity, culture, faith, disability and life stages. If you have the skills, curiosity and an adaptable mindset but don't meet every responsibility or qualification listed in this advertisement, please still get in touch with us.

Should you require any specific support or adjustments throughout the recruitment process and beyond, please advise us and we will be happy to assist.
