 OVERVIEW

Releady is partnering with a healthcare technology client that builds and runs the technology platforms for one of the largest nonprofit health plans in the United States, to hire a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of its commercial and growth programs. This leader will own a dedicated pillar within an enterprise Complex Programs & Mandates organization, which runs the initiatives that are too complex, too cross-platform, or too high-stakes for any single platform team to own alone.

The Senior Manager will be the single accountable owner for the health plan's commercial and growth initiatives, including new product launches, market and membership expansion, and programs that change how employer groups, brokers, and members are served. The role leads a team of Technical Delivery Leads, runs governance directly with health plan and technology executives, and ensures that every program in the portfolio is chartered, sequenced, and delivered with predictable, decision-ready reporting.
