The Sr. Manager, Pharmacist will report to the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services. An ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves, partner with physician executives, Chief Medical Officer of OneOncology and all of our practice members to implement and improve clinical pharmacy services. This role will serve in a leadership role in advancing the One Oncology Shared Pharmacy Services model in performing clinical pharmacy functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Review practice-changing oncology publications and emerging clinical data to support pathway maintenance and clinical decision-making.

  • Provide drug information support and serve as a clinical resource for practice staff and corporate teams on oncology pharmacotherapy questions.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Shared Pharmacy Services research regimen build and standard of care regimen build teams including workload prioritization, training, and performance management

  • Support the Standard of Care Regimen Build and Research Regimen Build Teams by performing regimen reviews and builds within existing operational processes.

  • Assist with corporate regimen maintenance for the OneOncology network, ensuring alignment with current pathway decisions and clinical evidence.

  • Follow standardized documentation standards and clinical protocols across participating practices.

  • Communicate with practice-level pharmacy staff to support consistency in regimen build and therapeutic interchange implementation.

  • Escalate operational or clinical issues to the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services as appropriate.

  • Provide support with Flat Iron Assist updates and maintenance

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.

Required or Preferred Qualifications:

  • PharmD

  • Current, unrestricted pharmacist license required

  • Minimum 2 years of oncology pharmacy experience required

  • Previous management experience preferred

  • Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or Oncology (BCOP) preferred

  • Experience with Flatiron Health OncoEMR require

  • Attendance is an essential job function

Essential Competencies:

  • Strong working knowledge of oncology medications, dosing, side effects, indications, and contraindications

  • Familiarity with clinical practice workflows in a community oncology setting

  • Ability to work independently within defined protocols and escalate appropriately

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through

  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Flatiron Health OncoEMR preferred

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, network-based environment
