The Senior Manager, Cargo Strategy serves as a key strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the long-term vision for Cargo. This role oversees the Cargo strategic portfolio, leads a team of professionals, and partners with senior stakeholders across operations, commercial, finance, technology, and the broader airline to ensure alignment and delivery of critical initiatives. The position influences enterprise-level decisions and drives strategies that advance Cargo’s business goals and technology roadmap.

• Define and communicate Cargo’s strategic objectives, aligning them with enterprise priorities and market trends.
• Oversee the Cargo strategic portfolio, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, and successful execution of initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify key decisions, frame issues, and gain consensus on strategic initiatives.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across operations, commercial, customer experience, finance, and technology to connect vision with actionable plans.
• Present strategic recommendations and progress updates to executive leadership, influencing decisions at the highest levels.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
• Establish governance frameworks to track progress, manage risks, and ensure accountability for results.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve organizational goals.
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, technology, or consulting roles

• Advanced degree (MBA or similar).
• Experience in airline or cargo operations.
• Familiarity with technology strategy and portfolio management.
