
About This Role
The Sr Manager, Business Systems, Logistics Delivery Leader is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise logistics digital programs, ensuring successful execution across business, technology, and vendor teams. This role requires strong logistics domain expertise and leadership capability to drive complex, multi‑workstream initiatives while aligning technology delivery with strategic business outcomes. This is a hybrid role based out of our West Palm Beach or Atlanta offices (3 days in office 2 days at home).
Drive modernization of supply chain, warehousing, and transportation processes through digital solutions and automation.
Lead requirements gathering, BRD creation, RFQ execution, and support technical solution evaluation and selection.
Own PMO for logistics applications, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives across regions.
Collaborate with Technical Architects to plan and execute POCs, ensuring timely sign‑offs.
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective communication.
Manage global vendors and internal teams, including performance, capacity planning, and governance.
Lead Agile execution using SCRUM/AGILE methodologies across the delivery lifecycle.
Coordinate integration activities including data migration, testing cycles, and deployment readiness.
Track and report project milestones, risks, blockers, and mitigation plans with regular status updates.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and drive adoption, automation, and process improvements within the COE.
Apply industry best practices and governance frameworks to improve logistics solutions.
Drive automation, process optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage master data, customize configurations, and lead testing and training initiatives that empower our team.
Align SAP processes perfectly with complex manufacturing environments, seamlessly adapting to Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business models.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of logistics systems and supply chain processes experience
3+ years of project management experience
3+ years of SAP functional implementation experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Computer Science
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to engage at all levels
Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and integrated logistics ecosystems
Ability to manage global teams, vendors, and stakeholders
