As the Senior Manager on Brand Experience, your responsibilitieswillinclude
Support senior Brand Experience team(SVP and Directors)in day-to-day event productionandexecution,acting as acoreteam member across planning, pre-production, on-site execution, and wrap
Manage projectlogisticsand vendor coordination sourcing rentals, scenic, uniforms, catering, shipping, storage, COIs,etc
Contribute to internal and client-facing materials such asbuildingcreative decks, project summaries, agendas, production books, and training manuals
Collaborate cross-functionallywith Account, Creative,PMand Strategy teams to align productionlogisticswith project vision
Organizeandmaintainall projectworkstreams. This includesdeveloping organized drivefolders, production schedules, vendor setup and payment, budgets, expense tracking, and post-event reconciliations
Coordinatecritical event logistics: travel, staffing needs, crew meals, andon-sitelogisticsto ensure seamless execution
Ability to travel for work and actively be onsite for events, typically traveling about 1 week a month, including some weeknights or weekends
Capacity to lift heavy items (up to 30 lbs)
Understand and apply industry trends and insights to improve overall strategic approach and thinking for client work
Assess KPIs and create recap reports
Qualifications
Must have3+ years ofsignificantexperienceworking in experiential marketing, fieldmarketingor event production.
Must have prior agency experience – ideally at a medium-large size experiential agency
Be an incredibly creative individual whois able toprovide smartand strategic recommendations to theteamand toclients
Mustpossesssuperior communication skills You are someone who loves spreadsheets and creating efficientprocesses, with a sharp eye for beingdetail-oriented
Have apassionfor the event marketing industryand an overall understanding of the public relations field
Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college oruniversity,preferably in marketing,communicationsand/or advertising.
We work in a hybrid environment. This role isrequiredto work out of the NYC office Tuesday-Thursday when not onsite for events
$60,000 - $80,000 per year

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
