Sr. Manager, Airline Sales Operations

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Airline Sales Operations to join our global Airline Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. This team equips commercial leaders with actionable insights, streamlined processes and clear visibility across the sales cycle. It connects strategy, data and field execution so our teams can move with speed, make sharper decisions and drive growth for our airline partners. As Sr. Manager, Airline Sales Operations, you will direct sales planning, performance reporting and operational execution across the airline commercial organization. You will streamline workflows, improve CRM governance and turn complex commercial data into clear executive strategies. This role requires operational leadership, analytical rigor and the confidence to influence cross-functional decisions.

What you'll do

  • Lead commercial planning operations, including pipeline forecasting, quota allocation, territory design and sales performance tracking.
  • Strengthen CRM discipline and reporting governance to give global sales leaders accurate data and full visibility.
  • Partner with sales leadership, finance and product teams to align commercial strategy with daily operational execution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that accelerate deal execution and customer onboarding.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to optimize forecasting, streamline reporting and increase field productivity.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations or commercial strategy within travel technology, SaaS or airline IT.
  • Proven success managing commercial planning, pipeline hygiene and large-scale sales enablement initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms, sales analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Practical experience applying AI, automation or analytics tools to streamline operational workflows and sharpen commercial insight.
