Tasks

• Strategic and operational planning and implementation of international omnichannel, cross-selling, and upselling campaigns for our existing customer base.
• Effective customer engagement across all our communication channels (online, email, telesales, and mobile app).
• Collaboration with product management, marketing, and customer intelligence for targeted customer engagement.
• Creation of personalized customer communication and control of its delivery across various channels.
• Continuous analysis and optimization of campaign results to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Presentation of campaign concepts and results to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in sales or marketing – ideally in the IT industry
• Experience with data-driven campaigns, ideally with CMS and email marketing tools
• Interest in cloud and AI technologies and good technical understanding
• Strong numerical comprehension and analytical thinking
• Creativity and enthusiasm for innovative ideas
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Independent, team-oriented, and goal-oriented way of working
• Resilience and solution-orientation – you keep an overview even in dynamic phases
