A Sr. Management Analyst job is available with the City of Fort Worth Neighborhood Services Department’s Planning and Reporting team. This position is responsible for planning, reporting and monitoring the Community Development Block Grant(CDBG), HOME, HOPWA, and other federal and state grant programs including the Five-Year Consolidated Plan, Action Plan, Citizen Participation Plan and Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to maximize the impact of these resources for low- and moderate-income residents. This position supervises a three-member team. This position also leads the annual Public Service Agency request for proposals process, including facilitating agency training, evaluating proposals for eligibility, and preparing funding recommendations for consideration and approval. It also serves as a staff liaison for the City’s Community Development Council (CDC), which advises the City Council on priorities and funding recommendations for select federal grant programs. Department’s lead for the FWStat performance metrics initiative.
This is a grant funded position.
