Duties and Responsibilities
• Design and maintain the overall architecture for HR technology platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Ensure seamless integration across HR systems (recruiting, payroll, learning, etc.) and with enterprise systems (ERP, finance, CRM).
• Develop long-term architecture strategies to support evolving HR and organizational needs. Automate HR processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Define and enforce data standards, quality controls, and governance for all HR data sources.
• Plan and lead change management efforts, including release planning and execution for Dayforce and other core systems. Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of key personnel data (e.g., turnover, engagement, compensation, headcount, workforce planning).
• Confer with and interview personnel. Analyze employee feedback, survey results, turnover trends and other data gathered to identify opportunities for improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention and to ensure successful functioning of any newly implemented systems or procedures.
• Document findings of management analysis initiatives, and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures and organizational changes.
• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations to inform leadership decisions. Provide high-level insights and strategic recommendations to senior HR and business leaders.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure reporting aligns with business objectives.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across all systems and business units.
• Lead and manage large-scale personnel technology projects from design through implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure system alignment with business goals.
• Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, participate in contract negotiations, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.
Education and Experience
• Must have Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations or related.
Must Have:
• 4 years of experience using HR technology, HR analytics, or enterprise systems architecture to influence business decisions through data insights.
• 4 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in a manufacturing environment with hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits as well as experience with HR business analysis.
• 2 years of experience with: Dayforce reporting and dashboards; Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate HR data from multiple sources like Ceridian Dayforce and SimpleVMS; working with MS Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau); and communicating complex data insights to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience working through data components of company transformations like M&A or spin offs.
• Must have project management certificate or college coursework in project management.
Physical Requirements
• Sitting for long periods of time, completing tasks using a computer and other office equipment.
• Position requires frequent talking, hearing, and vision with occasional standing, walking, and reaching.
• May require lifting up to 10 lbs.
• Job position responsibilities are generally performed in a business office environment with computers, printers and phones.
