What Production Set-up and Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health
Manufacturingis responsible forcost of production and maintenance activities including process improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, employee safety and engagement, and environmental commitment.
Production Setup and Maintenancesetsup, aligns, monitors, and/or calibrates production equipment.Assistsand may perform maintenance on machines and cleans up minor chemical spills in assignedareaas well as glassware, ovens, and other equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions on manufacturing machinery, facility systems, and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process systems, including motors, drives, pumps, valves, chains, and belts, toidentifyroot causes and implement effective solutions.
Complete repairsin accordance withapplicable codes, standards, and best practices.
Maintainaccuratemaintenance and repair records in Cardinal Health's CMMS system. Verify, revise, and update preventive maintenance procedures asrequired
Install, test, and support new equipment, upgrades, and validations while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Production to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
Support product trials, testing, equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), and maintenance activities in compliance with GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 requirements.
Assistwithmaintaininginventories of critical spare parts, tools, and materials.
Coordinate, schedule, and direct activities for external contractors, trades personnel, and third-party vendors as needed.
Perform other maintenance and machine-related duties as assigned.
Participate in an on-call rotation and weekend coverage schedule.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of maintenance experience preferred.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Anticipated hourly range $25.20per hour - $39.60per hour
