The Sr. Maintenance Specialist provides advanced technical support at the interface between the operational Maintenance team and Process Engineering. The role focuses on complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical improvements and smaller engineering projects.
Combining a strong hands-on approach with engineering-oriented problem solving, the Sr. Maintenance Specialist works across mechanical, mechatronic and automation-related systems. The role requires a high degree of independence and technical ownership, with internal or external specialists engaged where additional expertise is required.
You do not need to have experience with all site-specific technologies and systems when joining. Technical curiosity, learning agility and a willingness to continuously develop are essential for success in this role.
Takeda provides opportunities for hands-on learning, technical training and professional development to support you in building expertise in the technologies relevant to the site.
What we offer you:
A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4.355,55 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary is higher and depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
