We are seeking a seasoned Senior MAC Lead to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of physical workspace changes. As the primary onsite point of contact, you will oversee the seamless execution of employee moves, furniture reconfigurations, and technology deployments. You aren't just moving boxes; you are ensuring that, day-to-day, the client’s team can sit down and get to work without a hitch, and providing support.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Lead weekly MAC meetings with client stakeholders to forecast upcoming headcount changes and space requirements.
    • Vendor Management: Supervise third-party movers, IT technicians, and furniture installers. Ensure all vendors adhere to building protocols and safety standards.
    • Project Oversight: Manage the "Move Matrix"—tracking every detail from seat assignments to crate deliveries and signage updates.
    • Technical Integration: Coordinate with IT and AV teams to ensure power, data, and hardware are correctly patched and functional post-move.
    • Post-Occupancy Support: Lead "Day 1" support teams to resolve any immediate issues or "sweat the small stuff" requests from relocated staff.
    • Space Auditing: Maintain an accurate CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) database or IWMS system to ensure floor plans reflect reality.
  • Other: Strategically access expanding scope, adding value for the client as well as special projects assigned by Management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 8+ years in Facilities Management, Move Management, or Commercial Interiors.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or CAFM software (like ServiceNow, FM:Systems, or iOFFICE).
  • Communication: Exceptional "client-facing" presence. You can deliver bad news (like a delay) with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Organization: The ability to manage 50+ individual moves simultaneously without losing track of a single keyboard.
  • Physicality: While this is a lead role, you should be comfortable being on your feet and performing site walk-throughs in a corporate or construction environment.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we encourage you to apply with your resume today. We look forward to connecting!

About One Workplace

We create spaces that inspire and transform.

One Workplace doesn’t just create spaces, we put them to work. We don’t measure them in square feet, but by the possibilities they create for our clients. From a better way to express your culture, to a better way to work, to learn or to heal – the possibilities are endless.

Better space always solves a problem. Our solution is simple. We believe together is better. Combining business strategists, designers, furniture, construction, ancillary and audiovisual specialists with project managers, customer support, delivery and installation under one roof simplifies a complicated process - and it makes the workplace better. It’s a unique process, and it’s made us one of the most successful interior solutions companies in the US.

Each project starts with collaboration and ends with trust. For us, this is a big deal. Better spaces are built with better relationships - our most valuable assets. That means finding an amazing way to work together with our clients and partners because when we co-create, remarkable things happen. Everything we do links back to one simple philosophy:

We’re better together.
