About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Sr. M365 Engineerto join ourGlobal Infrastructureteam. You will be part of theDigital Workplace teaminour Center of Excellence in Vadodara In this role, you willbe responsible forimplementing, supporting, andoptimizingMicrosoft 365 services . You will play a keypartin ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our M365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, and will work closely with internal teams and external partners.

Yourresponsibilities

• Leadthe Microsoft 365 topics from Accelleron side in coordination with an external consulting company

• Full responsibility for/administration of future company’s Microsoft 365 tenant operations with focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint,Teamsand OneDrive

• Installation, management, and optimization of M365 services and related solutions.

• Developing andmaintainingthe architectural/platform roadmaps and related services.

• Architectural guidance for Microsoft 365 solutions and ensure that architectural and operational guidelines are followed in projects

• Ensuring professional application management and coaching SharePoint/Microsoft 365 developers (internal andexternal)

• Delivering solutions/services according to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs): on time, within budget and at high quality

• Participate in change management, and patching/upgrades of M365 services.

• Assistwith automation and scripting (PowerShell, Power Automate) to improve M365 operations and user experience.

• Support governance and compliance initiatives by helping to enforce DLP, retention, and audit policies.

• Support the rollout and configuration of M365 tools and features, including security settings, compliance configurations, and collaboration capabilities.

• Monitor service health, usage, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems.

Yourbackground

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or relatedfield

• Multiple years ofdemonstratedexperience inMicrosoft 365Design andAdministration.

• 5+ years in a technical position usingM365 Services andCloud technologies.

• Musthavegoodtechnical and conceptionalexperiencewith MS Teams servicesincluding enterprise telephony, Teams Live Events, and Teams Webinarsor extensive experiencewith Skype for business.

• Musthavegood technical and conceptionalexperience with MSExchange Onlineservice

• Musthave goodtechnical andconceptionalknow-howand hands-on experience with SharePoint architecture and operations.

• Musthavegoodknowledge of user authentication/Single Sign-On technologybased on MicrosoftADandAzure ADtechnologies

• Must haveknow-howabout information securityfeaturedin M365 (firewalls, connectivity to different environments/tenants,data loss prevention policies, on-perm gateways).

• Conceptionalknow-howand hands-on experience with Power Platform and Power BI from admin sidearewelcome
