Join our team as a Senior Transportation Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to global logistics operations. You'll be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate delivery of analytical instruments, spare parts, and consumables to our customers worldwide. This position combines warehouse operations expertise with transportation management, requiring a detail-oriented professional who can maintain high standards of customer service while managing complex logistics processes.
You'll handle various aspects of transportation coordination, from processing customer orders and managing documentation to coordinating with freight partners and maintaining inventory accuracy. You'll use advanced transportation management systems to track shipments, generate reports, and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3 years of transportation and 3PL industry experience
• Proficiency in transportation management systems and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Cold chain Logistics will be highly recommeded.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and export compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse management systems
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts as needed
• Experience with hazardous materials handling and documentation a plus
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
