Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Monitor daily outbound transportation activity to ensure accurate execution across all shipments, including -
o Tracking shipments from pickup through final delivery
o Identifying and resolving delivery exceptions and service issues
o Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels
• Analyze operational performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, including -
o Reviewing shipment, routing, and delivery data to support decision-making
o Providing regular updates and insights to leadership
o Supporting forecasting and planning efforts based on volume and operational trends
• Support resolution of logistics issues and inquiries, including -
o Assisting with troubleshooting transportation and delivery issues
o Providing timely updates and communication to stakeholders
o Partnering with internal teams to support issue resolution and follow-up
• Provide first-level support for logistics systems, including -
o Assisting with basic troubleshooting and issue identification within warehouse systems
o Supporting users with system questions and navigation
o Escalating system issues to appropriate teams when needed
• Support system and data integrity across logistics platforms, including -
o Maintaining and validating operational data
o Assisting with reporting development and enhancements
o Ensuring consistency and accuracy of key data elements
o Supporting implementation of system and process changes
• Provide support for specialized delivery programs and projects as needed, including coordination, tracking, and communication of key milestones
• Manage a high volume of work and competing priorities to ensure service level expectations are consistently met
• All other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
• Experience working with logistics, transportation, or warehouse management systems preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with experience working in large data sets preferred
• Preference given to candidates with experience in reporting and data analysis
• Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization
• Able to translate business needs into actionable solutions
