We are seeking a high caliber, highly professional individual with exceptional communication skills who can confidently engage with employees at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. The ideal candidate is an independent worker and solid decision maker, someone who is highly self sufficient, resourceful, and able to navigate responsibilities with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working with LMS and a bachelor's degree along with strong communication and technical skills. Main Objective:
The Learning Management System (LMS) at Arthrex is a global system that provides, maintains and supports all essential training records for employees in every country and region. The LMS Analyst position is responsible for the technical and non-technical management and maintenance of the company’s global learning management system. This role ensures the LMS operates effectively and efficiently to meet the learning and development needs of the organization. This position will support users, manage content, generate reports, and collaborate with various departments to create, deliver, test, assign, track, monitor, and evaluate training and learning programs needs and optimize the user learning experience. Additionally, they provide LMS related administrative support and accountability including daily administration, employee inquiries, monitoring training completion, creating system guides and documentation, working with departments to ensure all training related data are recorded correctly, and troubleshooting employee, training, and system issues.
