The Senior Litigation &ComplianceParalegalis responsible formonitoring andassistingwith all litigation matters and discoveryissues, as well as providing support for operational and compliance initiatives
Responsibleforreceivingserviceofprocessandcoordinatingwiththird-partyadjustersandoutsidecounselonlitigation matters.Responsible for monitoring and responding to all administrative complaints.Responsible for managing e-billing and case management software, including necessary reporting for budgets.Responsible for supportingoperational and complianceinitiatives and serving as the LegalDepartmentpoint of contact for records management and records retention issues.

Monitor andassistwith management of litigation matters (coordinating with outside counsel on all cases, includinge-discoveryissuesanddiscoveryresponses,performinginitialreviewsofpleadings,andparticipatinginstrategydiscussions)
Coordinate responses to subpoenasand law enforcement requests
Investigateandrespondtoalladministrativecharges,includingEEOCcharges,wageclaims,and coordinate responses to subpoenas and garnishments
Overseepreparation,managementandmaintenanceofe-billingandcasemanagementsoftware,legalfiles,legalinvoices, andlegalcontracts
Providesupporttofurtheroperational and complianceinitiativesandserveastheLegalDepartmentpointofcontactforrecordsmanagement and records retention issues
