Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Preparing, drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of legal documents.
2. Collaborating with cross-function teams to resolve complex legal issues, providing accurate, timely, and well-reasoned advice and guidance on legal matters.
3. Assisting with the internal administrative affairs of legal.
4. Assuming other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of in-house experience in providing crucial legal support across various business operations.
2. Must have hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing strategic legal advice and help manage compliance and regulatory matters.
3. Fluent in English and Chinese. (Listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
4. Master of Laws or above, US JD/LLM preferred.
