Job Description

The Sr Learning Specialist (Facilitator - Operations) is primarily responsible for creating and performing needs assessments for the organization and developing the required training materials needed for the functioning of the organization. The Specialist would design and facilitate both initial and recursive training required for Branch Office Systems, Client Management, Customer Service, and CSSC integration. Specific projects are determined at the direction of the Regional Vice President of Operational Integrations within the Transformation Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather information from SME and design content and training materials for classroom, web, and online learning
  • Develop assessment tools to evaluate the impact of employee training
  • Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program
  • Interface with home office, branch and CSSC leadership to include directors, managers, and supervisors as necessary in the development and production of training products and tools
  • Facilitate and deliver trainings in a virtual or live environment
  • Catalog and maintain training documents
  • Develop curriculum for Train the Trainer sessions for new Training Consultants and Branch Trainers
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Travel required – approximately 50%

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of training experience or equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years of industry experience of equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc) at a proficient level
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Polished public speaking
  • Exceptional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Project Management at a proficient level
  • Self motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • CMCA (required within 6 months of hitiffre)
  • PCAM preferred
