What is your role?
As a Senior Lean Engineer, you will lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across production and operational support areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, improve performance, and deliver sustainable business results through Lean methodologies and data-driven decision making.
