What you will be doing 

We are seekingQAManagerto join our Testing Services team supportingClients globally. This role focuses ondesigning and executing teststrategy andautomation plans(includingboth functional and non-functional test automation)end-to-endfor Clients,therebyenablingandexpeditingapplication upgrades.You willberesponsible forthe quality and timeliness ofDelivery ofallthe ProjectsYou will be thefirst point of contact forSenior Manager(and/or Portfolio Manager)and haveholisticresponsibility for Project Delivery.May have toassisttheSenior Managers/PortfolioManagers as necessary outside of project delivery as needed.You will have direct interaction with Customersand Professional Services SMEs globallyYou will alsoestablishbest and innovative practices to boost overall team productivity andefficiencyincluding AI initiatives.You will manageteam, conducttheir appraisalcyclesand ensure firm wide guidelines are followed by the team members.

What you bring: 

Knowledge / Experience

• 12 –16 yearsofprofessional workingexperience inSoftwareQualityAssurancewith thorough understanding ofSDLC.

• Leadership experience ofatleast6+ yearsspanning across manual and automation testingteams.

• GoodProject,Peopleand Client Relationship Management skills.

Skills

• Ability toestimate,design,executeand report onend-to-end test automation plans (including both functional and non-functional test automation) for Clients.

• Monitor and manage project progress and status reporting to Clients and Internal Stakeholders.

• Good People Manager.Proactivelymanage resourcing for entire areaand execute sustainable hiring strategyConduct mid-year and year-end appraisal processes.

• Manage customer expectations and relationships

• Identifyand manage risks with mitigation plans.

• Strong analytical, problem-solvingand communicationskills

• Exposure to working on Agilemethodology basedprojects – SCRUM, KANBAN etc.

• Practical knowledge on Zephyr-Test Management tool.

Qualifications

• Minimum BSBSc/BTechdegree in Computer Science,Engineeringor a related field
